Mrs. Alvin Gebhard of 1026 South 14th street, died early today at the Holy Family hospital. She was taken ill Sunday evening at her home and moved to the hospital. She would have observed her 46th birthday next Wednesday.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 9 a.m. from the Leschke funeral home and at 9:30 from the St. Boniface church. Burial will be at Calvary cemetery.
Mrs. Gebhard, nee Wanda Leschke, was born at Meeme and at the age of 12 came to this city with her parents. She was married here in 1921 to Mr. Gebhard. She was a member of the St. Anne CMA society.
Survivors are the widower; daughter Joan, of this city; four brothers, John and Edward of this city, Joseph and Peter of Osman; four sisters, Mrs. Eva Brachman, Mrs. Ed Haase, Mrs. George Gebhard, and Mrs. Julia Madigan, all of this city.
The body may be viewed at the funeral home after Thursday noon.
