Gregory "Greg" Alan Turner, age 52 of Bancroft, died unexpectedly as a result of an automobile accident. He was born on May 26, 1962 in Wild Rose to Alvick and Nancy (Neumann) Turner. He married Arlene Cummings in Bancroft and was later divorced. Greg was currently employed at James Burns & Sons as a Forklift Driver. He enjoyed racing and fast cars, he even attended the Richard Petty Driving School. Greg also enjoyed four-wheeling, fishing and spending time with his family.

Greg is survived by his children: Stephanie Turner, Adam (Jerin) Turner; grandchildren: Angela Anderson, Karissa Turner, Rowan Turner; mother: Nancy Turner; sisters: Debbie Clark, Julie (Randy) Phillips; brother: Robert (Debra) Turner; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father: Alvick Turner and a brother: Daniel Turner.

Funeral services will be held at 5PM on Thursday, April 9 2015 at Leikness & Stahl Funeral Home, Plainfield. Officiating at the service will be Rev. Brian Roehrborn with burial at a later date in Pine Grove Cemetery. The family will greet relatives and friends on Thursday at the funeral home from 2PM until the time of services at 5PM.
