Pittsville — The remains of Mrs. Thomas Platts, sr., an old resident of Pittsville, but who has lived for the past ten years with a daughter in Iowa, were shipped here for services, which were held Tuesday afternoon with Rev. R. B. O'Neill in charge. Burial was made in Mound cemetery beside her husband. Mrs. George Reynolds of west of town is a daughter and Tom Platts of Nekoosa is a son. Funeral services were also held in Iowa on Monday.
