Mrs. Ella Brumley, Somerset, died today at Somerset City Hospital after being ill several months. She was 58.
A daughter of the late John and Rebecca Pennick Hart, she was born in London, June 16, 1910. She married John W. Brumley, in August 1928, in Huntsville, Tennessee.
Mrs. Brumley was a member of Church of God and a resident of Somerset for the past 40 years.
She is survived by her husband; and 14 children, Mrs. Iva Cooper, Gene, James, Henry, Roy, William, and Johnny Brumley, Mrs. Ella Mae Jasper, Mrs. Wanda Wallace, and Mrs. Lucinde Percell, all of Somerset, John Brumley, Jr., Glen Brumley of Cincinnati, Mrs. Mary Mitchell and Mrs. Betty Gibson of Norwood, Ohio; also a brother, Willie Hart.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Somerset Undertaking Company with Rev. Andrew Davis officiating. Burial in Ringgold Cemetery.
