DEATHS
Mrs. Margaret Catherine DeWeese, daughter of Edward and Mary Ellen Heaney, was born Oct. 2, 1868 and passed away Mar. 31 at the Webber Rest Home in Licking at the age of 86 years, 4 months and 29 days.
She was united in marriage to Elbert DeWeese Dec. 31, 1890, who preceded her in death Dec. 7, 1954.
To this union six children were born, two of which preceded her in death, Delmar and Urban.
Those left to mourn her going are Ed DeWeese of Kansas City, Mrs. Clarence DeRigne of Huntsville, Missouri, Mrs. Robert Tilden of Moberly, Missouri, and George DeWeese of Licking; and a host of nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
She united with the Methodist church at an early age and remained a faithful member until the end.
Funeral services were conducted at the Powell Church near Mendon, Missouri, Apr. 2, under direction of the Hersel Funeral Home of Brunswick, Missouri.
