DIED- On Sunday the 8th inst, at the residence of his son Hon M.P. Kerr, Mr. A.T. Kerr aged about 70 years. The deceased was an old Texan and a veteran, having taken an active part in the struggle of Texas for Independence. His remains were, on Monday, taken to Burton and thence to the family burying ground at Old Union Hill, for interment.

Children: Monroe Penn, Thomson Pinkney, Augustus Hallowell, John Thomson & Luke/Lewis Fontaine(Twins) and Mary Anna Kerr.
