Annette Davis-Deller, 78, of St. Marys passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2015, at her residence.

Born Sept. 17, 1936, in Folkston, she was the daughter of the late Jimmie and Naomi Sanderson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Deller, and son, Lenn Davis.

Mrs. Deller had resided in Camden County since 1954, and had been employed with the Camden County school system for 10 years. She enjoyed her senior dinner nights out at their meeting place each week and loved her family dearly, especially her grandchildren. She was a member of Camden Baptist Church.

Survivors include her son, Glynn Davis; five sisters, Elizabeth Barlow, Coy Ann Davis, Velma Combs, Reba Tripp and Shirley Geiger; brother, W.C. Sanderson; three grandchildren, Teresa Davis, Misty Davis and Dusty Davis; five great-grandchildren, Nick Davis, Annie Miller, Nevaeh Miller, Ray Miller and Lilliana Johnson; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 7, at Allison Memorial Chapel in St. Marys, with Pastor Edward Dixon officiating.

Allison Memorial Chapel and Funeral Home of St. Marys is in charge of arrangements.
