Breaux Bridge - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am, on Tuesday, June 17, 2014, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge, for Greg Lynfield Beazley, 47, who passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2014, at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center.
Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge.
Greg was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother. He was very involved with his sons' baseball careers.
Greg loved life and lived it to the fullest – he was known to be a practical joker amongst family and friends. He loved music and played the keyboard and he was also an accomplished unicycle rider.
He is survived by his wife, Kim Underwood Beazley; three sons, Jared Beazley, Jordon Beazley, and Jake Beazley; his parents, John and Mary Ann Hoffpauir Beazley; his sister, Angela B. Richard and husband, Trevor; five granddaughters, Jillian Venable, Dakota Beazley, Emma Venable, Lily Beazley, and Olivia Dean; and his in-laws, Carl and Earline Underwood.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Curtis and Lillian Hoffpauir; and his paternal grandparents, Adrian and Sadye Beazley.
