WELSCH, Katherine H. Wunderlich------ Death Summons Mrs. Julius Welsch------ Complication of Ailments Fatal to Woman Residing Near City.------- Mrs. Julius Welsch who resides near Muscatine on highway No 38, died at her home at noon today after an illness with complication of ailments. Funeral arrangements and other details will be announced later. Mrs. Welsch was born Dec. 7, 1855 at Lisbon, IA. She was married to Henry Wunderlich in 1872. In a second ceremony she was married to Julius Welsch in 1898. Mrs. Welsch was a member of the first Methodist Episcopal Church. Surviving are an adopted son, Clayton Welsch, five children, Mrs. Mary Grelle, William and Fred Wunderlich, Mrs. Addie Stahl and Fred Welsch all of Muscatine. Three children preceded her in death. Eight grandchildren and the following brothers and sisters also survive, Mrs. Miller, Moscow, Mrs. Leach, Montpelier, Mrs. Mary Huchendorf, Los Angeles, John Funk, Muscatine, and Fred Funk, South Dakota. Funeral arrangements are indefinite. The Fairbanks Home for Funerals is in charge of arrangements.----- Notes: Clayton was Julius and Lavina Teitsch son and Fred was Julius and Katherine's son
