She was born in Broken Bow, Nebraska, and moved to Medford, Oregon, in 1944. She attended Medford Senior High School. Eula retired from the Roseburg Veteran's Hospital after 46 years of service.


She married her beloved husband, Arthur Byron Hall, on June 18, 1947. They moved to the Roseburg area in 1957.


Eula was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. In her younger years she enjoyed roller skating, playing the piano and owning her own ceramics shop. In later years she liked keeping up with favorite shows like Dancing with the Stars and American Idol. She also enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and spending time visiting with her family.


Eula is survived by her brother, Gifford Oakes; her children and their spouses, Carole and Gary Martin, Betty and Bob Beisinger, Rosie and Tony Parker, Art Hall, Mary and Carl T. Smith, and Eddie Torres; 14 grandchildren, Dena Torres, Eddie Torres, Jr., Michael Torres, Nancy Herbert, Scott Greenwalt, Deanna Greenwalt, Heather Goin, Emmit Parker, Travis Hall, Trever Hall, Nathen Pizzuto, Nick Pizzuto, Carl Smith, Jr, Shaylene Graham; 27 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.


She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Byron Hall, Jr; father, Herschel Oakes; mother, Lillian Oakes; sister, Marjorie McDonald; brother, Tommy Oakes; one daughter, Dede Torres; one daughter in-law, Tere Hall; one grandson, Ernie Martin; one granddaughter, Verissa Hall; one great-grandson, Amos Herbert; and one great-great grandson, Jordan Estivallo.


A Private Celebration of Life will be held on March 8.
