Georgette P. Haldeman, 90, of Fairmount Homes, Ephrata, formerly of Hopeland, died Tuesday, February 24, 2015 in the Hospice and Community Care, Mt. Joy. She was the wife of the late James Haldeman. She was born in Kleinfeltersville on December 13, 1924, a daughter of the late George and Martha Royer Wike. She was a member of the Farm Women Group 17, Brickerville Leisure Club and worshipped in the protestant faith. Georgette is survived by a daughter, Kelly El Youbi of Reading; son in law, Larry Rabold of Stevens; grandchildren, Shari wife of Scott Weaver of Stevens; Heather wife of Barry Witter of York; Amanda Buffenmyer and Emily Buffenmyer both of Reading; Kyle Buffenmyer of GA; seven great grandchildren; brothers, Robert husband of Jeanette Wike of Ephrata; Paul husband of Edith Wike of Newmanstown; Clifford Wike of Kleinfeltersville; sister, Tresia wife of Dale Matthews of Schaefferstown. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Rabold. Funeral service will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM in the Clauser Funeral Home, N. Carpenter St., Schaefferstown, PA with a visitation beginning on Friday at 10:00 AM. NO VIEWING. Interment will be made in the Kleinfeltersville Cemetery.
