If it is correct that Frances Crowley is the mother of Martha Elizabeth Parker she had to be raised by Nancy Folsom for they married in 1819, that would cover how Palina "Nertimek" Dean got her name. So for now im putting Frances as the mother of Martha. Still looking for answers.
