"Dolores 'Dolly' C. Baca, 77, a resident of Reserve, N.M. passed away Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2015 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

The funeral was held on Jan. 24 at 9:30 a.m. at Saint Francis Catholic Church in Reserve, N.M. The Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Saturday, Jan. 24 at 10 a.m. Concluding services and inurnment was at St. Isidro Cemetery located on the Lower Frisco with Father Anthony Dike officiating.

Dolores was born in Aragon, N.M. on Dec. 20, 1937 to Ernest and Carlota (Trujillo) Cordova. She was a teacher’s aide for many years in the public schools. She loved spending time with her loving family and friends, all of whom she loved dearly. She enjoyed arts and crafts, playing bingo and spending time at the Senior Citizens Center.

Dolores is survived by her loving husband Vidal Baca; her children: Lynn Baca, Bonnie Armijo (Eugene), Randy Baca (Agnes), Kerry Baca (Ann), Gregg Baca (Verlene) and Penny Ellis (Richey). Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, her brother Chris Cordova, her sisters Yolanda Cordova and Violet Mills also survive her.

She is preceded in death by her son Lonnie Baca; granddaughter Cory Armijo; her parents Ernest and Carlota Cordova; her sisters Laura Ruther, Tina Gonzales, Zella Baldonado, Stella Quintana and Cathy Cordova; and one brother Ernie Cordova."
