COLUMBIA - News was received in the city yesterday of the death in Florence of Mrs. Mollie Browne, the wife of Rev. H. Bascom Browne, the pastor of the Florence Methodist Church.
The deceased was a daughter of Mr. John A. Moody, of this city. She had been an invalid for a long time. Her death, though not unexpected, will cause sorrow among many friends in this city and throughout the state.
The funeral services will be held this morning at the Methodist Church at Florence, and will be conducted by the Rev. W. D. Kirkland, editor of the Southern Christian Advocate.
