Mrs. Sarah Frances MCCAIN passed away Monday evening about 6 o'clock on her sixty-eighth birthday anniversary.
Mrs. MCCAIN was the daughter of Richard and Sarah (IMHOFF) HARDISTY. She was born in Center Township, Greene County.
The deceased had been in poor health for a number of years, but she became suddenly seriously ill Monday evening.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Lester HASLER, of Bloomfield R. R. and Mrs. William HASLER, of Bloomfield R. R. She also leaves seven grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Walnut Grove Church, with the Rev. Joseph ALLEN officiating. Interment in the Mood Cemetery.
