Obituary Mrs. Clayton McCoy
Pemberville-Harriet E. McCoy, 85, wife of Clayton I. McCoy , died Sunday in a nursing home in Clyde.
Born July 3, 1887, she was the daughter of Andrew and Sarah Sayre. She and Mr. McCoy were married Jan. 10, 1904.
Also surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Ezra (Winnie) Jividen, Pemberville; Mrs. Bert (Erma) Jividen, and Mrs. Ethal Wyler, both Gibsonburg; Mrs. Elmer (Hazel) Cobb, Fostoria; and Miss Virginia, Lutheran Home of Mercy, Toledo; five sons, Cecil, Bradner, George of Stoney Ridge; Oran of Gibsonburg;Earl Luckey, and Ernest, of Rising Sun; 34 grandchildren; 72 great-grandchildren; six great-great- grandchildren; brothers and sisters, David Sayre and Lydia Casto both of WV and Nathan Sayre and Rouri Hartley, both of Iowa.
Friends may call at the Nieman-Beckman Funeral Home after 7 p.m. Monday, Services will be in the Pemberville Methodist Church Wednesday at 2 p.m.
