Laurence Simon Penn, 71, of RR 2, Brimfield, died Monday, September 24, 1973, in Graham Hospital in Canton.
He was born in Jubilee Township March 12, 1902, a son of Robert and Birdie Bower Penn. He married Marjorie Corbett in 1925.
Surviving are his widow; two daughters, Mrs. Marian Hild of Palatine and Mrs. Judith Rynearson of Oak Hill, six grandchildren and a brother, Lowell, of rural Brimfield.
He was preceded in death by a brother and one sister.
Mr. Penn was a farmer and a member of the Brimfield Lutheran Church.
Services were held in the Patterson Funeral Home in Elmwood. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery.
