Funeral Services for Mrs. Ellis Day WILCOX, 83, who died at her home in Fairview Sunday after a brief illness will be conducted Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. in the Fairview South Ward Chapel by Bishop Nielson.
Friends may call at the Nowell Cox residence before the Services. Burial will be in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery under the direction of Madsen Mortuary.
Mrs. WILCOX was born in Mount Pleasant, February 04, 1866, daughter of Nathan and Eliza STAKER. She was married to George DAY November 17, 1886 in the Logan Temple. The family moved to British Columbia, Canada in 1900 where Mr. DAY died a few months later.
Mrs. DAY returned to Mount Pleasant, where in April 1904, she married to James H. WILCOX. Mr. WILCOX died in 1939.
Surviving are four sons and a daughter, Nathan DAY, Moab; Irvin DAY, Moab; Truman and Arden WILCOX, Sterling, Idaho; Mrs. Olia COX, Fairview; eighteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
