Elida Staker, 80, died Tuesday in a Mt. Pleasant hospital following surgery.
Born Jan. 15, 1883, Mt. Pleasant, a daughter of James B. and Elizabeth Fechser Staker. Lifelong resident of Mt. Pleasant. Active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Employe of Sanpete Co-op 13 years as clerk and O. M. Aldrich and Sons for 21 years as clerk.
Survivors; two brothers and two sisters, J. Ben, Mt. Pleasant; Dr. Ernest V., Kansas; Mrs. Flossie S. Stephens, Ogden; Mrs. Grace S. Mills, Provo; one nephew, Fairold Nielsen, Mt. Pleasant, whom she reared from infancy.
