Elizabeth Covin, 93, was born on Dec. 11, 1910, in Tacoma to Christian and Elizabeth Anderson. She passed away Oct. 26, 2004, in Tacoma. She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis, in 1986 and ten brothers and sisters. She was dearly loved by her daughters, Lila Wilcox, of Puyallup, and Lois Harris, of Sea-Tac. Grandchildren, Laurel Wilson and Eric and Bryan Harris; her great-grandchildren, Jessica, Lauren, and Meghan Wilson and Carissa and Cayla Harris; her sister, Florence Burgh; her special friend, Faye Broadwell, and many nephews and nieces. Special thanks to Francesca, Monica, and Amy of Franciscan Hospice for the wonderful care and assistance they provided. Thanks, also, to Linda, Brigitte, and Sandy of "Linda's Home With A Heart" for the loving care and moral support that sustained us all. Funeral services will be held on Monday, Nov. 1, 11:00am, at Fir Lane Memorial Chapel. Interment Fir Lane Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Franciscan Hospice of Tacoma. Fir Lane Memorial Park in charge of arrangements.
