Mildred Glover Stewart, 80, of Dora died Thursday, Feb. 27, 2003, at Carraway Methodist Medical Center in Birmingham.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 1, 2003, at New Horizon Memorial Chapel with burial at Bryan Cemetery in Dora. Revs. Jimmy Chance, Doug Tate and Ted Johnson will officiate. New Horizon Memorial Funeral Home is directing.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today, Feb. 28, 2003, at New Horizon Memorial Funeral Home.
She was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Sumiton.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Deward Stewart; daughter, Patricia Reeder of Dora; son, Glenn Stewart and his wife, Carolyn of Dora; brother, Fred Glover and his wife, Imogene of Dora; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons and great-grandsons.
