Prominent LDS Member Dies in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, Jan 14 (AP) — Daughter of a late president of the Church of Jesus Christ, Latter Day Saints, and a friend of Brigham Young, Mrs Eugenia Snow Pierce, 89, died here yesterday.

She was a daughter of the late Lorenzo Snow, president of the church, and a widow of Leonidas T Pierce. She had moved here from Utah two years ago. The funeral will be held in Salt Lake City.
