Daphna was born on Oct. 1, 1947, in Lawrence County, Tenn., to Lucius and Kathlene (Felker) Duncan. She married Richard "Dick" Rudloff on March 13, 1965.
Surviving are her husband, Dick; her daughter, Dawn (Rob) Rudloff-Seay of Peoria, Ill.; her two grandsons, Dillon and Dustin Lyon, both of Peoria; and four sisters, Peggy Thompson, Doretha (Allan) Greiner, Reba (Bill) Mudra and Denise (Nate) Hoagland.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Lisa Diane; and one son, Scott Richard.
Daphna worked for Midwest Urological in Peoria for 25 years, as well as Mailing System and Caterpillar.
She loved watching her grandsons play sports and was a volunteer for Limestone Youth Baseball. She was the best cook in the family, and she never missed a garage sale.
It was Daphna's wish to be donated to science.
