ALBERT STRANSKY

Albert Stransky, 70, retired farmer and carpenter, died late Saturday at the home in the village of Francis Creek. He had been in failing health for a year and a half. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 9:15 a.m., from the home and at 9:30 o'clock from the St. Anne Catholic church, the Rev. Joseph Rauch officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Stransky was born in Kossuth in 1870 and engaged in farming. He also followed the carpenter trade in the town and surrounding territory. He married Miss Anna Peroutka at Francis Creek in 1896 and was a member of the Holy Name society. Funeral rites tomorrow will take place on the 45th anniversary of the couple's marriage.

Survivors are the widow; son, Wenzel, of Francis Creek; three daughters, Mrs. Frank Kubsch, of Maribel, Mrs. Frank Muench of Kellnersville, Mrs. Quirin Zeman of Fisherville; two brothers, Charles, of this city, Joseph, of route 1, Whitelaw; and eight grandchildren. The body was moved to the Stransky home this afternoon from the Pfeffer funeral home.
