Weber, Patricia Margaret Yvonne 04(nee King) ~ Passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on Wednesday, December 10, 2014. Beloved wife of John for 59 years. Loving mother to John, Susan, Robert, Peggy, Ann and Timothy. Pat filled her 82 years with love, family, service and fellowship. While raising her family she nursed at St. Mary’s Hospital, farmed with her husband, hosted international students as well as bed and breakfast guests, helped settle refugees, and worked with various church groups. Her faith radiated through everything and everyone she came into contact with. Regardless of their life story she had a gift for making all people feel welcomed through her humour, compassion, forgiveness and her love. Special thanks to the Palliative Care team for their caring support. Cremation and interment has already taken place. Visitation will be held at St. Jacobs Mennonite Church, 1310 King St. N., St. Jacobs, on Friday, January 2, 2015 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be on Sunday, January 4, 2015 at 2 p.m. at the church followed by a celebration of her life in the church basement. As expressions of sympathy, donations to MCC or Ontario Christian Gleaners would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira.
