Anne is the daughter of Martin Dupuis and Marie Landry. She married Joseph Blanchard on 4 July 1718, in Grand-Pre. According to the Acadian Project, they are the parents of the following:
1) Marie-Josephe
2) Joseph
3) Germain
4) Alexis-Marin
5) Jean
6) Madeleine-Marguerite
7) Francois-Jean
8) Charles
9) Anne-Marie
10) Belloni

They were exiled on one of the "Cinq Paquebots Anglais" ("Five English Ships") - Yarmouth, Patience, Mathias, Restoration, John Samuel. The ships arrived in St-Malo on January 23, 1759.

She and Joseph both died at sea during the Acadian expulsion sometime prior to the ship's arrival in St-Malo. Travelling with them were the following sons, who all survived:
Francois, 28 years old
Charles, 26 years old
Benoni, 18 years old
