Mary Frances White, LDS ID LZKM-TLP, was the daughter of Mary Casandra (b. Craven Co., NC, ca 1801; liv. 1860) and Whichcote C. White (b. Craven Co., NC, ca 1793; liv. 1860).

[Her death certificate has her birthdate as Jan 14, 1840, and age as 84y, 5m, 14d and death date of Jun 28, 1921. That makes her date of birth Jan 14, 1837, which is more likely do to ages shown on Census records.]

She married in Craven Co., NC, March 10, 1857, Richard Thomas Berry, son of Sarah Anne Suydam and Richard Beverly Berry, and grandson of Peggy Suydam, Rev. James Suydam, Mehitable Rew Berry, and Richard Thomas Berry.

Richard was born September 16, 1832; died at age 43 between November 6, 1875. He served as the Mayor of New Bern.

She died at age 84 years, 5 months, 14 days, widowed; buried at Cedar Grove Cemetery, June 29, 1921.
