Mrs. Louis Troester
Garnavillo, la. — Special: Funeral services for Mrs. Louis Troester, 47, who died at her home in Garnavillo township Tuesday, after an illness of eight months, will be held from
the home to St. Peters Lutheran church at 1:30 Friday afternoon. The Rev. Mr. Landgrebe, pastor, will officiate, and burial will be in the Garnavillo cemetery.
Mrs. Troester, the former Caroline Christine Brase, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Brase, was born in Jefferson township on Jan. 7, 1899.
She was married to Louis C. Troester on May 5, 1915.
Surviving are her husband; three sons, Raymond, of Elkader, and Orville and Kenneth, both of Garnavillo: three daughters, Mrs. Delbert (Helen) Hawkins, and Florence and Ila Troester, all ofGarnavillo: and two grandchildren, James Hawkins and Dennis Troester.
She was preceded by her parents, three brothers, and three sisters.
