Lawrence Edgar "Pete" Ross, 82, Great Bend, formerly of Hays, died April 16, 2005, at Harry Hynes Hospice, Wichita. He was born Nov. 17, 1922, in Hays to Frank and Andrea (Meier) Ross.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.
He married Mildred M. Gerstner on Jan. 29, 1945, in Hays. She survives.
He was co-owner of Reed Pipe Testing Co.
Services will be 20/Apr/2005.
