Mrs. Minnie Eggerss, 79, died at the home of her son, Kenneth, in Avoca Friday, February 9. Services were Monday, February 12, at two p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. Harold Peterson officiating. Interment was in Graceland Cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Kenneth, two brothers, Henry Burmeister of Red Oak and Louie Burmeister of Gravette, Ark., three sisters, Mrs. Paul Eggerss, Sr., Mrs. Ludwig Karstens and Alma Burmeister all of Avoca; three grandchildren. (Journal-Herald, Thursday, February 15, 1973, p. 1)
