Deceased Name: Death: Virlie LaPreal Fredericksen Jeppesen Virlie LaPreal Fredericksen Jeppesen, age 75, died Friday, November 21, 1997, at her residence in Deweyville. After a difficult and valiant fight with a long term illness and in the presence of her loving children, she joined her husband and other loved ones waiting for her on the "other side".

She was born December 14, 1921, in Penrose, Utah, the daughter of Conrad Theodore and Clara Wilhelmina Petersen Fredericksen. She married Kenneth Emil Jeppesen, December 28, 1937, at Brigham City, Utah. The marriage was solemnized July 1952 in the Logan LDS Temple. Kenneth died February 25, 1982. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served faithfully as a Sunday School secretary and a Relief Society visiting teacher. For the past three years she was a member of the Deweyville Ward.

She is survived by two sons and one daughter, Kenneth Tad (Carolyn), Taylorsville; Roger Emil (Kay), Boise, Idaho; Virlie Patricia (Dan) Jensen, Deweyville; 12 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren; two sisters, Gladys Hansen, Kaysville; Virgie (Richard) Gay, Overton, Nevada.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen RaNae Jeppesen and a grandson, Rodney Fredric Davis.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, Nov. 25, 1997, 11 a.m. at the Deweyville Ward Chapel, 10750 North Highway 69. Friends may call Monday, Nov. 24th from 6-8 p.m. at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, 111 North 100 East, Tremonton and Tuesday, Nov. 25th from 9:30-10:40 a.m. at the Church. Interment Brigham City Cemetery
