Katherine I. Watkins, 85, of Bainbridge, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2014 at her home.
She was born Nov. 7, 1928 in Pike County, the daughter of the late Floyd and Minnie Bushartz Rinehart.
On March 4, 1945, she married John William Watkins, who died Nov. 3, 2004.
Kate is survived by her two children; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters; a brother of Waverly; and a dear friend and neighbor.
She was predeceased by two sisters and three brothers.
Kate and her husband were the owners and operators of Watkins Truck and Parts of Bainbridge.
Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8 at the Smith-Moore Ebright Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in the Twin Township Cemetery.
The Watkins family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
