Glenn Ray Molyneux

Early Life: Glenn was born June 16, 1927, to Clara Kraus and Herbert Alma Molyneux in Eureka, Utah. During his childhood, he lived several places including: Eureka, Utah; Pleasant Grove, Utah; and for many years in Draper, Utah. At the age of 17, Glenn joined the Merchant Marine and United States Navy to serve his country during World War II and joined the United States Air Force to serve during the Korean War.
Life's Work | Service | Interests: In 1948, he met and fell in love with Ruth Stolla. They were married August 17, 1949, in the Salt Lake Temple. Their four loving children survive them. After 44 years of marriage, Ruth passed on to her eternal progression to prepare a place for Glenn. He then married Phylis Hulstead. They later divorced and he married Beverly Greer in 2003. Glenn was an air traffic controller for 22 years and was also an avid outdoorsman. He was passionate about the Scouting program and influenced the lives of many Scouts, young and old. In 1982, he earned his Silver Beaver Award for his service. He served four missions for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and also served valiantly in many church callings. His greatest accomplishment was his family. Glenn Ray Molyneux passed from this life November 1, 2014. He was 87 years old.
