Arthur M. Altman, 70, 920 6th Ave., Ford City, died Monday, Nov. 25, 1974 at his home.
A son of Francis George and Anna Manges Altman, he was born May 7, 1904 in Elderton.
Mr. Altman was a former member of the Graystone United Presbyterian Church, Indiana. He was a retired chief engineer of the Peoples Natural Gas Co.
Surviving are his widow: Claire Altman; two daughters: Mrs. John (Genevieve) Storey, Kittanning RD3; Mrs. Harold (Meredith) Blystone, Leechburg; one son: Harold A., 4th Ave., Ford City; two brothers: Robert, Ford City RD1; and Charles, Mansfied, Ohio; a sister; Mrs. Raymond Boyer, Toluski, Ohio; ten grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ethel Ramer Altman; four brothers and one sister.
Friends will be received at the Clark Funeral Home, Elderton after 2 p.m. today. Services from the funeral home Wednesday, Nov. 27, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Ray Eichler of Ford City. Interment will follow in the Lawnhaven Memorial Cemetery, Kittanning RD2.
