Marjorie A. Fehr, 89, of Peoria died Thursday, Oct. 16, 2014, at 5:40 a.m. at UnityPoint Health-Proctor in Peoria.
She was born Oct. 18, 1924, in Peoria to Philipp J. and Sophie (Max) Hoerr. She married Wade W. Fehr on Aug. 25, 1946, in Peoria. He died March 7, 2006, in Peoria.
She was also preceded in death by her son, Philipp, and sister, Geraldine Peters.
Marjorie is survived by her four children, Michael (Tina) Fehr of Peoria, Kathleen Brewer of Peoria, Wade R. Fehr of Peoria and Nanette David of Peoria; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three sisters, Bernice Stahl of Mount Pulaski, Ill., Shirley Gorenz of Peoria and Phyllis (Elmer) Johnson of Raleigh, N.C.; one brother, Max (Katherine) Hoerr of Peoria; and several nieces and nephews.
She attended Bradley University in Peoria.
Marjorie worked as a travel agent in Peoria for over 20 years.
She was a member of Peoria Apostolic Christian Church.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 20, 2014, at her church. Church ministers will officiate. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 19, 2014, at The Wilton Mortuary in Peoria and from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Monday at church. Burial will take place in Apostolic Christian Cemetery in Edwards.
Memorials may be made to Apostolic Christian Skylines or Apostolic Christian Timber Ridge.
