Eugene G. Andrews was the husband for 47 years of Donna Lee Andrews and the father of Carrie Andrews-Stewart of Odessa, Texas and Curt Andrews of Phoenix, Arizona; grandfather of six; great grandfather of six; great great grandfather of two; brother of Betty Irwin, Vera Jean Crutchfield and the late Hennrietta Beach, Katherine Biskner, Lucille Cantabury, Ralph Andrews, Harvey Andrews and Leo Andrews; uncle of late niece Delene Irwin, and uncle and best friend to Vicki Tallmadge; great uncle of Kyla Tallmadge and Michele Caddick; great great uncle of Lauren Corbett; and a host of other family members within the Lake Orion area.
Eugene graduated from Lake Orion High School. He worked for many years in the heating and cooling business and was a Veteran of the U.S. Marines. Eugene loved playing games and was very competitive. He would always see a project from start to finish. He was a great listener and if need be he would give you the shirt off his back. Eugene was a very independent man, but he was a very dependable, compassionate, warm loving dad, grandfather, uncle, brother and friend. No matter what he was doing he would help others out in their time of need and would always make you feel safe.
