A retired employee of the C & A Smelter, Clemente Pinon, 80, Died Sunday at 7:10; a.m. in the Cochise County Hospital. He resided North of the Pirtleville School. Born in Mexico, he had been a Douglas resident for 53 years. Surviving are 5 sons: Thomas, Merced, and Joe of Pirtleville. Clemente of Los Angeles, Ignacio of Sacremento, California, 4 daughters: Mmes, Dolores Burroughs of 79 Pirtle St., Frances Smith of 80 Pirtle Street, Mrs. Edward Walters of 1305 23rd Street, Inez Amaya of 96 Grace Street, 36 grandchildren, 61 great grandchildren. His wife preceeded him, June 15, 1947. Rosary will be recited Thursday, at 8 p.m., in Brown Page Chapel. Mass will be Wednesday at 9 a.m. in St. Bernard?s Catholic Church. With interment in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Valdemar Smith, Gerald Smith, Merced Pinon, Joe Pinon, Ignacio Pinon, Marcello Molina.
