Claudette (Welch) Riley, 68, of Park View Estates passed away Friday, Sept. 29, 2006, at ManorCare Health Services.
She was born Aug. 4, 1938, in Ridgely, Tenn., to Odie (Watkins) and LaGrand Welch. She married Lorenzo Riley on Oct. 8, 1960, in Peoria.
She is survived by one daughter, Brenda Riley of California; four brothers, Raymond (Betty), Frank (Cartheda), William Ray and Odie (Vera), all of Peoria; and one goddaughter, Tracy Hartswell.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, four brothers and two sisters.
She was employed as a licensed practical nurse at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center for 25 years, retiring due to illness.
Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery.
