Paralysis proved fatal this morning to Mrs. Issis Bruce, age 56, at her home, 1201 south Madison street. She died at 11:15 o'clock after being ill since October 1, 1931. She was the wife of Elmer Bruce.
Last rites will be held at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the Clear Creek church with the Rev. Harry Bridwell and Isaac Tucker in charge of arrangements. Burial will be at Clear Creek.
Other surviving relatives are as follows: Four sons, A. L., Clovis, Roy and Delmar Bruce; seven daughters, Deletha, Eloise, Bernice, Josephine, Essie, Bessie and Mrs. Arthur Cardwell; three sisters, Mrs. Ben Bruce, Mrs. Charles Babb and Mrs. Alonzo Eads; and two brothers, Harry and Orpha Nelson.
