Note: Nannie & Larche went on to adopt her niece "Flosey" Pickel who had come to them with older brother Jack when their mother died. Nannie's brother Judge/John Pickel in St. Louis dispersed his children among his sisters for care when his wife Nellie Crane died.
Sometime after 1940, Nannie moved to Mansfield LA where her daughter, son-in-law, and grandson lived. Her daughter Ellen's husband died in 1950 and Ellen died in 1990 in a hospital in Shreveport.
