Mrs. William F. Krebs Dies of Apoplexy After a Brief Illness, Aged 71 Years
GLENVILLE, July 1 – A stroke of apoplexy, which she suffered a week ago, after an illness of a complication of diseases, caused the death, yesterday morning at 2:30 o'clock, of Mrs. Catharine McCleary Krebs, wife of William F. Krebs, of Codorus Township, near this place. She was aged 71 years, 2 months and 27 days.
Besides her husband, she leaves three sons: Paul A. Krebs, Glen Rock RD; William M. Krebs, Westminster, Md., and Lloyd E. Krebs, Glen Rock RD.
The funeral will be held tomorrow with brief services at her home at 9:30 a.m., followed by concluding services in Stone Church. Interment will take place in the adjoining cemetery. The Rev. Paul D. Yoder, pastor of the Jefferson Reformed charge, assisted by the Rev. W. H. Ehrhart, pastor of the Jefferson Lutheran charge, will officiate. Funeral Directors George W. Geiple and Son, of Glen Rock, have charge of the funeral.
