Born Sept. 15, 1927 in Clay County, she was the daughter of Robert and Thelma Drake Eccles. She spent the early part of her life in Howesville. She was a member of the Howesville church.
Survivors are her parents Mr. and Mrs. Robert Eccles, Howesville; three brothers, Bobby Gene Howesville; Danny, rte. 3, Linton; Larry, Linton.
Funeral services were held a the Howesville church at 2 p. m. today with Rev. Fred Brook officiating. Burial was in the Maple Grove cemetery. Funeral arrangements were made by McClanahan Funeral Home, Jasonville".
