Major League Baseball Player. Washington Fayette Fulmer played 1 game total for the Brooklyn Atlantics of the National Association in 1875. Other than that brief appearance, he was a career semipro and minor league player. The brother of Major Leaguer Chick Fulmer, he was a Fireman with the Philadelphia Water Department at the time of his death from Acute Gastric Indigestion in 1909.
