The Lord called Rosie Mae Brown home on August 6, 2014. She was born January 21, 1933 in Richmond, VA to Homer and Laura Bruce.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Roy Brown and second husband Billy Branch, grand-daughter Jackie Brown, Brothers: Elwood Bruce, Leonard Bruce, Aubrey Bruce, Frank Bruce, Johnny Bruce and Wesley Bruce. Sisters, Betty Shook, Shirley Bailes and Ethel Shook.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, August 9th, 2014 at Forbis & Dick Pleasant Garden Chapel. Burial will follow at Burnett's Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery on Old Randleman Rd, Greensboro, NC.
