Kenton, Dec. 17 - Arthur "Mose" Rizer, 44, died at his home in Kenton Friday after an illness of 16 months. He was a former Kenton patrolman and fireman. He is survived by his wife Alma, a son, William of Bucyrus, and a daughter Madge of the home. Services were to be held at 2p.m. Monday with burial in Grove City Cemetery here.
