BROWNSBURG -- Frances M Freed, 83, formerly of ELNORA, died Saturday at Brownsburg Health Care. She was a librarian at NWSC Crane, IN. Surviving is her sister, Bessie Palmer. She is preceded in death by her husband, Russell Freed, and her parents, George and Melissa Arvin. A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Fairview Cemetery, Elnora. There will be no visitation. Matthews Mortuary in Brownsburg is in charge of arrangements.
