Portrait to right is young Benjamin, Jr. with his father, circa 1809. Oil on canvas, painted by Joshua Johnson. The Yoe family was living in Baltimore at the time the portraits were painted. They moved to Hagerstown the following year.
Benjamin, Jr. became a qualified attorney in Washington Co. in 1826.
He was a member of the House of Delegates for Washington Co. in 1828, 1829, and 1830.
