HAMPTON — Agnes Moore Hare died Tuesday, Oct. 19, 1999. She was born in Poquoson in 1905 to the late Annie Carmines and Starkey Moore and was the widow of Ernest Hare of Hampton. She was a member of Memorial Baptist Church and a 1925 graduate of the State Teachers' College in Fredericksburg.
Survived by cousin, Mabel Moore Morse of Poquoson; sister-in-law, Lillian Hare McCants of Virginia Beach; and nephew, Clyde Laudermilk Jr. of Hampton.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 21, in Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends this evening, Wednesday, Oct. 20, from 7 to 8 p.m. at Lawrence B. Wood Funeral Home.
