Lois M. Brandt, 88, a former Indian Grove, MO resident died on Monday, July 21, 2014 at the Meadow Ridge Estates at Moberly, MO. Funeral services will be held at the Breshears Memorial Chapel, Brunswick, MO Saturday, July 26, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. Pastor Joe Smith officiating. Visitation will be at the Chapel, Saturday, from 9:30 – 11:00 A.M. Burial will be in the Newcomer Cemetery at Mendon, MO. Lois was born on November 28, 1925 at Mendon, MO the daughter of Henry and Mary Brown Arp. Lois had been a housewife and homemaker. She was member of the Zion United Methodist Church, the Merry Mixers Club and the Indian Grove Extension Club. She was preceded in death by her first husband Dean Joseph and later by her second husband Charles Brandt. She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Ann Joseph of Armstrong, MO and Jean Ellen Meade and her husband Bo of Oakley, IL; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents. Pallbearers will be Stanley Switzer, Donnie Swan, David Smith, Dennis Arp, Larry Pollard and Larry Arp.
