POLICE BLAME MISHAP FLURRY TO SLICK ROAD CONDITIONS

Icy roads in Salt Lake county Saturday had taken three lives and resulted in serious injuries to two other persons from a flurry of accidents from late Thursday to early Saturday morning.
The dead include Ruby Allredge, 18. Miss Alldredge was injured late Thursday night in the same accident that took the life of 19 year old Dale Cutler. She died early Saturday morning at 1:10 a.m. in a Salt Lake hospital. The two-car accident occurred at 2804 S. State, in which she suffered a fractured skull, multiple arm fractures and a fractured pelvis, hospital attendants said.
Miss Alldredge was born in Crescent Feb. 27, 1930, a daughter of Rue LeRoy and Ida Jaynes Alldredge. She was a former student at Jordan High School and resided in Midvale for 12 years.
She is survived by her parents, Midvale five brothers, Phillip, Union; Frederick D., Crescent; Chester, Alpine, Utah county; Minor and Del Ray of Midvale; five sisters, Mrs. Elaine Ray and Miss Dorothy Alldredge, Midvale; Mrs. Fern Attwood and Mrs. Melba Busby, Salt Lake City, and Mrs. LaRue Smith, Lehi, Utah county.
